JPH Law partnered with Deep River IT to transform its communications infrastructure across four offices and more than 50 users. The objective was to replace outdated, site-based PBX systems with a modern, fully hosted VoIP solution that would improve flexibility, reliability, and centralised control.
Deep River IT designed and deployed a fully hosted phone system that unified all four offices into a single, seamless communications platform. This eliminated the limitations of the previous PBX systems and introduced advanced features such as call recording, softphones for mobile and remote working, and centralised management across the entire organisation.
To support the new system, Deep River IT installed four dedicated full fibre internet connections—one at each office—ensuring high-speed, reliable connectivity for voice traffic and business operations. This robust infrastructure guarantees consistent call quality and system performance, even during peak usage.
The solution also included integration with Microsoft Teams, allowing staff to manage calls, messages, and collaboration tools within a single platform. CRM integration was implemented to further enhance efficiency, enabling seamless access to client information and improving call handling and client service.
Ongoing support is a key part of the partnership, with Deep River IT providing continuous monitoring, maintenance, and a responsive helpdesk. This ensures the system remains fully operational, secure, and optimised as the business continues to grow.
The result is a modern, scalable, and feature-rich communication system that supports JPH Law’s multi-office structure.
